- Slough Rockathon 31/3/01 -

"Mead arrived just before covers band Rough Justice took to the stage and were pleased they did. The experienced band knocked out covers from AC/DC, Free and Guns and Roses to name but a few. Each and every one of their band were fantastic musicians but this can go to waste without a good singer. Their singer was fantastic. He was able to sing AC/DC's Highway to Hell in the original key! Thoroughly enjoying the performance from Rough Justice, Mead took a deep breath and attempted to follow on from this popular band who had got the whole venue on their feet."

"Highlights included Rough Justice who had the 3pm slot and blew everyone away with a superb set of Hard Rock covers. Their set included a medley of "Pinball Wizard" and "Won't get fooled again", in which they virtually out Who'd The Who.Anyone who was there for that set wont forget it in a hurry."

- The Red Lion Twickenham -

"The Red Lion in Twickenham has seen its fair share of rock covers bands over the years & Rough Justice were up there with the best of them. What struck me was not the highly accomplished musicianship but their interaction with the audience and their infectious sense of fun. I left the gig feeling as though I had 5 new friends."

- Berkshire Live Aid - Asian Tsunami Relief Concert -

"One of the highlights of the marathon 10 hour concert was Rough Justice. Very much the elder statesmen of the event, their performance of half a dozen classic rock songs captivated the young crowd and showed them how it should be done."

"I thought the days of pub rock were well and truly over, how wrong I was! I can safely say that you can teach an old dog new tricks! I saw Rough Justice back in 1998 when they headlined at one of the Celtic Warriors Bikers Rallies where they performed to a crowd of over 2000, back then they were great. You know what? They still are! They definitely moved with the times, expect numbers from Franz Ferdinand, U2 & the Kings of Leon as well as classics from Queen, The Who & AC/DC. Hog (lead singer) & Caesar (guitar) the original members, have brought in an excellent guitarist (Mike Stoner) & top drummer (known as the Mighty Mammal). They're bigger & better than ever! - The Keller - The Coppid Beech Hotel -

"This month saw gigs from bands including Morockan Soul, CarpetPistol & Rough Justice. Morockan Soul are a great band, they combine good looks & great music with a huge repertoire of rock & pop classics. Out front is the gorgeous Linda, a great voice and excellent musicianship marks her out as the heart & soul of the band. Linda is Flanked by guitarists JJ (her husband) & Caesar and backed by bass player Al & drummer Dion. The band would be the perfect choice for a party, wedding reception or any high profile function. The following week saw a band new to The Keller, Rough Justice. Concentrating on the heavier side of rock, this 5-piece do justice (please excuse the pun) to songs such as Freebird (Lynnrd Skynnrd), Vertigo (U2), Take me out (Franz Ferdinand) & Tie your mother down (Queen). Their lead singer, known as Hog, dominates the stage with both his physical presence (he's a big fella) and his voice. His vocal range knows no bounds; he is as comfortable emulating Robert Plant as he is Liam Gallagher. It's clear that he thoroughly enjoys being part of the band & that's no surprise when you witness the guitar antics of Caesar & Mike and the energetic drumming of the 'Mighty Mammal'. Rough Justice's motto is 'We Just Wanna Rock', it's spot on, as that's exactly what they do!"
